We are an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor and preferred contractor to many Local Authorities. We are regularly assessed by Trading Standards and are approved under their Buy With Confidence Scheme. Under this scheme all operational staff are CRB checked. In order to maintain these standards we continually monitor and update best working practice and keep abreast of new developments in working methods.
We are commited to delivering an exemplary service to every customer, however there are times when things may go wrong. If you are not happy with the service we provide, we will investigate to find out what went wrong and how it can be fixed. This ethos towards customer satisfaction is enshrined in the way we work and backed up by the accreditations and trade bodies we work with.
Should you not be completely satisfied with our response to any issues that may arise, you may take your complaint to one of the trade bodies we are accredited with who will investigate your complaint and aim to find a resolution to both parties satisfaction.
As a TrustMark Registered Contractor we are required by law to inform you that TrustMark provides an alternative dispute resolution service that would be competent to deal with your dispute.
